Workshops are conducted exclusively in English. Real bartenders, a working bar and guest participation — fully adults-only. Three levels, one logic: guests choose, mix and taste with the hosts, in the real Rumour × Pandora environment. Not a slideshow about cocktails — bar work behind the bar. Project HERO draws on the experience of Rumour, Pandora and DREAM — three Krakow venues. The delivery venue and availability are confirmed for each event.

Project HERO grew out of Rumour on Pijarska Street and Pandora on Szpitalna Street. We now build on that experience at DREAM on Św. Tomasza Street, a new space for private events. More spaces and a team with growing experience help us shape your event; availability and service scope are agreed when you enquire.

Pricing
Packages and indicative pricing
Three levels per guest (net + VAT) solve three jobs — from a first contact to a full workshop with a team finale. A comfortable group is 10–20 guests, format ~1–2 h.
A higher package means more guided value, not pressure to consume. Adults-only (18+) format. Optional gift set: +179 PLN net + VAT for Essential/Recommended or +50 PLN net + VAT for Full. Full with the set: 329 + 50 = 379 PLN net + VAT per guest. Private customers receive the total VAT-inclusive price before booking. Full includes recipe cards and confirmation of participation. This confirmation does not award a professional licence or qualification. A physical gift set is a separate paid addition. An advance payment of one third of the final agreed quote confirms the date and is due no later than one week before the event. Before booking, the proposal states the guest-count confirmation deadline and the settlement terms for changes or cancellation.
Amounts marked “net + VAT” apply only to business and organisational customers (B2B). In a consumer offer, amounts without that label are gross prices including VAT; we confirm the total gross price before the contract is concluded.
- Essential — 189 PLN net + VAT / guest: 1 classic + 1 signature, 2 tastings + a flavour map, 2 bartender hosts.
- Experience (recommended) — 249 PLN net + VAT / guest: 2 classics + a signature cocktail concept, 4 guided tastings, more bartender time.
- Full — 329 PLN net + VAT / guest: 2 classics + 2 signature cocktails, a team finale, an optional guest gift / takeaway option.
