From grain to cask
We look at how ingredients, production methods and cask maturation shape a whiskey’s character. We explain styles and the key terms used to describe them.
Topics can include history, comparisons of aroma profiles and ways to describe your observations. We tailor the subject to the group’s knowledge and interests.
Cigar history and bar culture
An educational part of the programme explores cigar history, the development of its associated crafts and terminology. We approach these subjects through stories of places, people and traditions.
We also examine how the place of cigars in bar culture has changed. This is a subject for discussion about history and cultural context.
Project HERO — delivered under the DREAM name
We coordinate arrangements through Project HERO; workshops take place at DREAM and under its name. Tastings focus on discussion and comparison of whiskey, while workshops leave more room for questions and analysis together. We prepare the programme around a private or corporate group’s needs.
