Terms for electronic services provided through rumourpandora.pl

This translation is provided for transparency. If versions differ, the Polish version is the reference text, without limiting any mandatory rights available to a user or consumer. Polish reference version.

1. Service provider and contact

The service provider is Krakowska Ambasada Rumu sp. z o.o., ul. Pijarska 9 lok. LU2, 31-015 Kraków, Polska, KRS 0001220573, NIP 6762711843, REGON 543846200. Electronic contact: events@rumourpandora.pl; telephone: +48 693 389 210.

Project HERO, Rumour Cocktail Bar and Pandora Cocktail Bar are trade names and do not change the identity of the service provider stated above.

2. Types and scope of electronic services

  • free access to public website content, galleries, presentations and downloadable materials;
  • use of the privacy and consent settings available on the website;
  • sending a free event enquiry through the form and receiving a reply by the email address or telephone number provided.

The website has no user accounts, online payments or automatic booking. Unless a specific page clearly states otherwise, electronic services are free; users bear only their ordinary internet or telecommunications costs.

3. An enquiry is not an event contract

Submitting the form starts and performs only the free electronic service of delivering an enquiry. It does not automatically reserve a date, accept an offer, oblige either party to provide an event or create a payment obligation.

Scope, gross or net price, taxes, date, deposit, liability and change or cancellation terms are agreed separately before an event contract is concluded. Website statements and indicative prices do not replace an individually confirmed proposal.

4. Technical requirements and security

  • a device with internet access and a current browser supporting HTTPS;
  • JavaScript enabled for the form and some interactive functions; core content remains available without analytics consent;
  • an active email address or telephone number if the user wants to receive a reply.

Users should keep their software current and apply standard device security. Do not send passwords, card details, special-category data or information not needed to handle the event enquiry.

The provider applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, but may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, failure, security threats or events beyond its reasonable control.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited content

  • provide truthful, current data limited to what is needed for the enquiry;
  • do not submit unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights, abusive material, malicious code, spam or attempts to bypass safeguards;
  • do not impersonate others, automate bulk form submissions or act in a way that may disrupt the website or message delivery.

The provider may reject or block an enquiry that breaches these rules where necessary for security, legal compliance or the protection of other users.

6. Starting and ending the electronic service

The free content-viewing service begins when a user starts using the website and ends when they leave it. The form service begins after these terms are accepted and the send button is selected; it ends when the enquiry is technically delivered and handled, or earlier if the form is abandoned.

A user may stop using the website at any time and may withdraw an unhandled enquiry by contacting events@rumourpandora.pl. This does not override statutory retention duties or a justified need to establish or defend claims.

7. Complaints about the electronic service

A complaint may be sent to events@rumourpandora.pl or by post to the provider's address. It should identify the contact details, date, issue, device or browser and requested resolution where useful; unnecessary personal data should not be included.

The provider responds without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receipt. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or access to applicable out-of-court remedies.

8. Intellectual property and privacy

Website text, photographs, marks, presentations and other materials are protected by law. They may be used for personal informational purposes and to assess the offer. Further commercial copying, publication or modification requires the rights holder's permission unless the law expressly permits it.

Data processing, recipients, retention and user rights are explained in the Privacy policy. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing or analytics. Analytics consent is a separate voluntary choice in the cookie panel.

9. Final provisions

These terms apply from 25 August 2026. The provider may update them for material legal, technical, security or service-scope reasons. A new version is published on the website and applies to use after its effective date.

Polish law applies, provided that this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence.
