Project HERO grew out of Rumour on Pijarska Street and Pandora on Szpitalna Street. We now build on that experience at DREAM on Św. Tomasza Street, a new space for private events. Pricing
B2B packages and indicative pricing
Clear net + VAT ranges, easy to approve internally. The operating standard is a minimum of 2 bartenders, net pricing and a VAT invoice.
Nothing hidden: these are indicative premium / upper-mid net + VAT ranges — not a wedding-style mobile-bar price list. Final scope, alcohol model and price are confirmed after the brief and venue conditions. Essential: 5,900–9,900 PLN net + VAT. The separate short Welcome / Reception format: 4,900–7,900 PLN net + VAT; availability, timing and scope are confirmed after the brief.
Amounts marked “net + VAT” apply only to business and organisational customers (B2B). In a consumer offer, amounts without that label are gross prices including VAT; we confirm the total gross price before the contract is concluded.
- Corporate Essential — 5,900–9,900 PLN net + VAT: reception, networking, a smaller corporate event.
- Corporate Classic (recommended) — 9,900–15,900 PLN net + VAT: for most companies and agencies.
- Signature / Gala — 14,900–24,900 PLN net + VAT: galas, banquets, VIP and more elaborate production.
- Welcome / Reception — 4,900–7,900 PLN net + VAT: a short arrival window, 2 bartenders and 1–2 menu serves.
- Brand Cocktail — 18,900–32,000+ PLN net + VAT: a brand cocktail, menu identity, bar branding and agency coordination.
- Afterparty / Trade fair — 18,900–36,900 PLN net + VAT: higher traffic, a short menu and staffing matched to the event pace.
- VIP / Executive Bar — 6,900–18,900 PLN net + VAT: a smaller group, calm service, premium glassware and discreet hosting.
