Project HERO grew out of Rumour on Pijarska Street and Pandora on Szpitalna Street. We now build on that experience at DREAM on Św. Tomasza Street, a new space for private events. Pricing
Options and indicative pricing
A typical full-service package is 5–7k PLN. The final budget depends on guest count, venue, service time and the alcohol model — chosen from three clear options.
No unsupported percentage promise: alcohol procurement is quoted individually using current comparable products, quantities, date and venue rules. Final scope and price are confirmed after a conversation. The indicative full-bar range of 4,900–6,900 PLN including VAT includes the agreed alcohol basket for the menu when Project HERO supplies the products. The quote itemises service, products, purchasing or delivery and logistics. A client-supplied alcohol arrangement is agreed separately; the final total including VAT is confirmed before booking. The smaller bar includes 3–4 hours and the full bar 5–6 hours of service. Longer service, such as 8 hours at a wedding, extra staff or a second station are quoted individually. They are not automatically included in the full-bar price. Separate services, including VAT: menu and shopping list 390–690 PLN; alcohol purchasing negotiation or coordination 590–1,290 PLN. Their inclusion, product scope and delivery are confirmed in the quote.
Amounts marked “net + VAT” apply only to business and organisational customers (B2B). In a consumer offer, amounts without that label are gross prices including VAT; we confirm the total gross price before the contract is concluded.
