Project HERO grew out of Rumour on Pijarska Street and Pandora on Szpitalna Street. We now build on that experience at DREAM on Św. Tomasza Street, a new space for private events. Pricing
Options and indicative pricing
A typical full-service package is 5–7k PLN. The final budget depends on guest count, venue, service time and the alcohol model — chosen from three clear options.
No unsupported percentage promise: alcohol procurement is quoted individually using current comparable products, quantities, date and venue rules. Final scope and price are confirmed after a conversation.
Amounts marked “net + VAT” apply only to business and organisational customers (B2B). In a consumer offer, amounts without that label are gross prices including VAT; we confirm the total gross price before the contract is concluded.
- Pre-purchase audit + list — from 290 PLN: quantities, brands and pricing checked before you buy.
- Small private bar — from 2,490 PLN: 2 bartenders, 3–4 h, a simple menu + 0.0 options.
- Full Project HERO bar — 4,900–6,900 PLN: 2 bartenders, 5–6 h, bar, glass, ice, 6–8 cocktails and the alcohol purchase.
